Dear St. James Families,
As we officially close out the school year, I simply want to say thank you. It has truly been a wonderful year, and I feel incredibly blessed and delighted to serve as the principal of St. James. This first year has brought many joys, challenges, lessons, and moments of grace, and I am already looking forward to another year together. I am genuinely excited for what lies ahead for our school community.
But for now, Summer is here! As I mentioned before, I hope all of you are able to enjoy it fully: spending time with family, resting, traveling, laughing, and simply slowing down a bit from the pace of the school year.
I plan to take a week to reflect on this past year and all that we experienced together. After that, I will send out another newsletter next week, and then continue sending one or two newsletters each month throughout the Summer to keep everyone updated on the latest happenings at St. James.
And hopefully… those updates will include two wonderful new teachers! :-)
May God bless you and your family this Summer. Thank you again for the gift of your trust, support, and shared life throughout this school year.
Sincerely in Christ,
Mr. McDonnell
